Role Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our team in Operation Theatre, ICU, Ward, OPD & Casualty at our Thane hospital. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, assisting doctors, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and efficient nursing care in assigned department (OT, ICU, Ward, OPD & Casualty).
• Assist in procedures, patient monitoring, and post‑operative/critical care management.
• Administer medications and maintain treatment records.
• Ensure infection control and adherence to hospital policies.
• Support patient education and family communication with empathy.

Requirements:

• ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / P.B.B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing.
• Valid Maharashtra Nursing Registration (Mandatory).
• Experience in OT, ICU, Ward, OPD & Casualty preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and patient‑centric approach.
• Open to rotational shifts.
• Open to work from Ghatkopar hospitals for initial days before movement to Thane Hospital
