ICU Staff Nurse

Patient Care

• Provide direct nursing care to patients (ICU, ward, or specialty units)
• Monitor vital signs and patient progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist doctors during procedures

Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise and guide junior nurses and nursing assistants
• Allocate duties and manage shift schedules
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and hygiene standards

Clinical Coordination

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate with doctors, lab staff, and other departments
• Handle emergency situations effectively

Quality & Compliance

• Follow infection control practices
• Ensure compliance with National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) standards
• Participate in audits and quality improvement programs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
