Lab Technician & Phlebotomist

Lab Technician Responsibilities

• Perform routine lab tests (hematology, biochemistry, microbiology)
• Operate lab instruments (analyzers, centrifuge, microscopes)
• Prepare samples for testing and analysis
• Maintain lab records and reports
• Follow SOPs, quality control (QC), and safety standards
• Ensure proper storage and handling of samples and reagents

2. Phlebotomist Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples (venipuncture, capillary collection)
• Ensure proper patient identification and labeling
• Maintain hygiene and infection control during collection
• Handle patients professionally and reduce discomfort
• Transport and store samples correctly
• Maintain collection records and consent forms

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
