We are looking for a Senior Physiotherapist who is confident, empathetic, clinically sharp, and comfortable working both from the clinic for assessments and treatment planning as well as visiting clients at home for therapy sessions when needed.
Role Overview
The Senior Physiotherapist will be responsible for conducting detailed physical assessments, creating individualized rehabilitation and mobility plans, delivering high-quality physiotherapy sessions, and supporting clients across a wide range of concerns such as pain, posture, mobility limitations, injury recovery, strength deficits, women’s health concerns, and lifestyle-related physical dysfunction.
This role requires someone who can combine strong clinical skills with excellent communication, professionalism, and the ability to work independently during home visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Assessment & Treatment
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments at the clinic for new and existing clients
- Evaluate posture, mobility, flexibility, pain patterns, muscle imbalances, gait, movement quality, and functional limitations
- Develop customized treatment and rehabilitation plans based on client condition, goals, and medical background
- Deliver one-on-one physiotherapy sessions for pain management, recovery, strengthening, mobility, and functional improvement
- Use appropriate therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, corrective exercise strategies, and rehabilitation protocols where required
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on client response and functional outcomes
Home Visit Responsibilities
- Travel to clients’ homes for scheduled physiotherapy sessions and follow-up care
- Carry out treatment sessions professionally in home-based settings while maintaining clinic standards of care
- Assess the home environment where relevant and suggest movement, ergonomic, or lifestyle modifications to support recovery
- Maintain punctuality, safety, and professionalism during all home visits
- Ensure proper documentation of each home session and communicate updates to the internal team
Multidisciplinary Care
- Work closely with doctors, nutritionists, fitness coaches, psychologists, and other team members to support integrated client care
- Coordinate with the internal team to align physiotherapy goals with broader treatment goals such as weight management, recovery, chronic pain reduction, performance improvement, or postural correction
- Escalate cases appropriately when medical review or further investigation is needed
Client Education & Experience
- Educate clients on posture, ergonomics, movement habits, injury prevention, stretching, strengthening, and recovery routines
- Guide clients on home exercises and ensure adherence to prescribed protocols
- Build strong client relationships through empathy, encouragement, and clear communication
- Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction and trust
Documentation & Operations
- Maintain accurate assessment notes, progress reports, treatment records, and follow-up recommendations
- Track client improvement and update the team regularly
- Support the clinic in maintaining treatment quality, SOPs, and process discipline
- Help improve physiotherapy protocols and contribute to better systems within the department
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
- Valid registration/license to practice
- 2+ years of physiotherapy experience preferred
- Strong hands-on experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pain management, posture correction, mobility work, and recovery protocols
- Comfortable handling both clinic-based assessments and client home visits
- Good communication and counseling skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage clients professionally
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance, conduct, and documentation habits
- Must be comfortable traveling locally for home visits
