Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Staff Nurses for Ward, ICU, Cath Lab, and OPD. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities to doctors.
• Provide patient education and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient records.
• Support smooth functioning of the unit.

Department-Specific RolesWard Nurse

• Deliver routine nursing care and monitoring.
• Administer medications and assist in procedures.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols.

ICU Nurse

• Manage critically ill patients and life-support systems.
• Operate ventilators, monitors, and ICU equipment.
• Respond effectively in emergency situations.

Cath Lab Nurse

• Assist in cardiac procedures and interventions.
• Handle specialized instruments and ensure safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate procedural documentation.

OPD Nurse

• Assist in outpatient consultations and procedures.
• Manage patient flow and coordination with consultants.
• Ensure efficient OPD operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: GNM / P.B.BSc / B.Sc Nursing
• Registration: Maharashtra State Nursing Council (Mandatory)
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant nursing experience (ICU/Cath Lab experience preferred for specialized roles)

Pay: ₹24.77 - ₹29.83 per hour
